We walk this Way to grow in knowledge and love of our Lord, to strengthen the Light and resist the Darkness within and without, and to strive to live each day within the Word and still within the world. We believe that traditional worship is still valuable and relevant to contemporary society.

We are in need of an organist to play at our services, typically up to 2 hrs for the Sunday service (hymns from the Hymnal 1940 plus service music). We have a new Rodgers Inspire Classic 227 organ and would love someone looking to build their experience to exercise it. Compensation negotiable. 26 March 2013 - Holy Week 2013

Service schedule for Holy Week:

• 27 March, 10 am (Wednesday in Holy Week): Midweek Low Mass
• 28 March, 7 pm (Maundy Thursday): Maundy Thursday Mass & the Maundy Institution of the Eucharist and the Washing of the Feet of the Disciples (the Maundy). The Bishop is still seeking volunteers for the Foot Washing ceremony!
• 29 March, 12 noon (Good Friday): Good Friday Liturgy (approximately 2.5 hours)
• 30 March, 10 am (Holy Saturday): Work Party to help decorate and prepare the Church for Easter Sunday
• 31 March, 10 am (Easter Sunday): Procession and Solemn Mass of the Resurrection Remember to bring a hand bell (to be rung at the Gloria in Excelsis). Ladies, wear your Easter bonnets! Easter Egg Hunt for the children after Mass.

Our traditional Lenten study series will commence on Wednesday, 20 February. Each evening will be celebrated with the service of Evening Prayer followed by a meatless pot-luck supper and discussion of Heaven is for Real: A Little Boy’s Astounding Story of His Trip to Heaven and Back. For the first meeting, please try to read the first ten chapters. Later meetings will concentrate on around 4 chapters each.
